Despite attempting to distance themselves from such things in the usual "apolitical" manner, the lineup remains very invested in "pride" and "heritage". In a 2010 interview, drummer Simon Lucas said, "as a group of socially and culturally aware people?we seek to re-kindle?a sense of proud ancestral heritage in our land, our people, our folklore, our stories and our natural landscape.
