| The album booklet for Against the Grain features drummer Chris Greene holding a tusk/horn bearing a Nazi black sun image. Even allowing for more innocent pagan/esoteric interpretations, that specific sun wheel is undeniably a Nazi image. After the breakup of the band, vocalist John Haughm made a Facebook post mourning the death of Bruno Ganz, who played Hitler in Downfall (2004), which he later followed up with "Glad to see that Jewbook hasn't deleted my post..." The other three former members quickly condemned this statement. The same three members at the time played in "anti-capitalist" band, Khorada. All this to say that Haughm is a tool, but the band as a whole are generally considered fine | |
